Progressive award-winning community behavioral health agency seeks a *Director of Outpatient Counseling* to manage a well-established counseling and program.
The program provides comprehensive, patient-centered mental/behavioral health care to residents of Wayne and Holmes Counties.

Major duties include: oversight of a professional staff of psychologists, counselors, and social workers; maintaining awareness of current best practices for clinical assessment and treatment of a variety of mental health issues; managing referrals and responding to patient needs; and administration of agency policies and procedures.
Ohio license as a psychologist or independently licensed mental health professional with supervisory designation (LISW-S, LPCC-S) required.
Previous leadership experience is preferred.
The Counseling Center is headquartered in Wooster, a college town located in scenic rural Northeastern Ohio near Akron, Canton, Cleveland, and Mansfield.
