This position offers a starting salary of $60,000 - $65,000 and a $4,000 sign on bonus!

Position Summary: The IHBT Supervisor will utilize the Intensive Home Based Treatment (IHBT) and Integrated Co-Occuring Treatment (ICT) models to meet the needs of youth with serious emotional disturbances and their families.
Under supervision of the Director of Lorain Programs, the Supervisor is responsible for providing clinical and administrative support and training to assigned staff members.
Responsibilities Include:
Provide administrative and clinical supervision to the program and staff including, but not limited to, hiring, supervision, evaluation and case support
Provide staff training to adopt the necessary skills to implement the ICT and IHBT model.
Provide line supervision of cases either on campus or in the homes as directed as necessary.
Provide line supervision of group therapy, family counseling, and case management services.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of the clinical record through the timely completion of assigned documentation in accordance with applicable licensing and accreditation regulations and standards.
Provide staff training programs to deliver necessary skills to implement the program.
Participate in research activities to provide for the evaluation of the program’s effectiveness and consumer satisfaction.
Carry a caseload as necessary.
Qualifications:
Minimum Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field.
Valid Ohio LISW, LPCC, or IMFT required.
Strong clinical skills including expertise in systemic family therapy, crisis intervention, family education, behavioral interventions, group work, and substance abuse therapy.
Demonstrated supervisory skills.
Experience working with children, adolescents, and their families.
Sensitivity in relating to persons of varying backgrounds and demonstrated ability to work with diverse groups of people possessing various strengths, aptitudes, and abilities.
Ability to perform job responsibilities with a high degree of initiative and independent judgment.
