* File loan applications and supporting documents.
* Be able to handle awkward situations or any complaints and take professional and appropriate action to resolve them.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in finance, banking, or other related fields.
Familiar with computers and Banking applications/Software.
* Solid understanding of Direct/Indirect Lending Products and practices.
* Excellent communication in general and interpersonal skills.
* Valid State Mortgage Loan Officer License
* Have passed NMLS Safe Test.

Product Pricing Engine (PPE) so you can run scenarios for your customers.
Compare products, and always get the best pricing for your customers.
Loan Origination System (LOS): For you to gather and fill your customer application, upload any other documents so you can structure the file, and submit to processing so they can take over.
Contact Relationship Management (CRM) to keep track of all of your customers and establish your book of business
Communication Tools You can send emails and text messages
Marketing Support creates different flyers such as Open House for you to team up with realtors
Cloud-Based System: Work from the comfort of your own home or anywhere you wish.
We also offer an organized processing team and Marketing team that will help you build a brand on Social media and create your book business.

* Original Package: 100 bps to 137.
5 bps for newcomers.
