*Objective*
Mack Industries is growing and adding a salesperson to our Residential Septic Service Division.
This individual will carry out all sales activities for assigned accounts within the state of Ohio while ensuring customer satisfaction and managing quality of product and service delivery.
This position will require a willingness to learn sales software, sales practices and protocols, product portfolio and customer service.

*Essential Functions*
* Generate and qualify leads for residential septic and small commercial sales
* Source and develop client referrals with general contractors within the Ohio servicing areas
* Develop, maintain and grow customer database
* Make in person and phone sales calls to existing and new clients
* Develop and make presentations of company products, innovative technology and services to current and potential customers
* Prepare and present sales orders
* Conduct in-field product training
* Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports
* Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, in-person and electronically
* Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
* Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.
Report contractor concerns and make corrective action plans
* Monitor competitor, market conditions and product development.
Continue to look for improvements in product and processes.
*Education and Training*
* High School Diploma or equivalent
*Minimum Qualifications*
* Working knowledge of customer service principles
* Working knowledge of basic business principles
* Working knowledge of practices and principles of sales
* Knowledge in analytical tools, such as spreadsheets and database management programs
* Computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Applications required, Excel Preferred
* Time management skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
