INTAKE COORDINATOR / SALES REPRESENTATIVE, LORAIN OHIO
McGregor PACE Lorain, , is an innovative community based Program of All-Inclusive Care for the elderly.
A PACE program with an Interdisciplinary team that takes great pride in its provision of primary & specialty medical care, therapies, social services, home care, transportation and therapeutic activities that enables participants to remain "independent and living in their own homes for as long as possible!".
Our program is "growing" and we must grow our Business Development Department by adding additional team members during this exciting time! Our Intake Coordinator/Sales Representative role offers a base pay PLUS bonuses - an excellent opportunity, for those who thrive on working in a fast-paced environment and presents as a polished, energetic and assertive marketing professional.
Our ideal candidate must be a "go-getter with strong sales experience" to support and participate in program marketing efforts in the community, promoting agency services to potential program enrollees, families/caregivers and referral sources.
The Intake Coordinator/Sales Representative role will spend up to 80% of their time in the field covering our service area, Lorain county and will respond to, report and track all inbound marketing and public relations contacts and inquiries, to directly impact Business Development Department efforts related to participant recruitment, retention goals, program expansion and community awareness of McGregor PACE.
Qualifications :
High School Diploma, Associates degree preferred.
Prior Sales experience critical; minimum two years proven sales background required.
Thrives on working in fast paced environment.
Minimum three to five years experience working in home or community-based health/social service organizations.
Knowledge of basic Medicare and Medicaid criteria highly desirable
Proven time management skills.
Must be excellent at self-direction and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Must demonstrate excellent Customer Service techniques to include verbal/telephone/written communication skills.
Prior Sales skills critical.
Basic proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint; Excel, data base/spread sheet applications required.
Must be able to generate summary reports as needed
Flexible, energetic, reliable, goal/detail oriented individual with ability to prioritize workload a must.
Ability to work collaboratively with staff at all levels.
Bilingual English/Spanish A PLUS!
