Responsibilities
Team Management: Lead and manage a team of insurance agents, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.
Business Development: Develop and execute strategic plans to generate new business and expand our client base.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing personalized advice and solutions.
Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations of the insurance agency, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze team and individual performance metrics, implementing corrective actions as needed to drive results.
Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, changes in regulations, and new insurance products to provide informed advice to clients and the team.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance sales or a related field, with a proven track record of sales success.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals.
Excellent Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
