This position is responsible for preparing sub-assemblies and finished products according to blueprints and customers specification, using hand and air tools.
Key Job Responsibilities
Able to assemble products and operating equipment involved such as hand tools, air tools, possible woodworking machinery.
Identify and select correct tooling/hardware for the job task with set-up documents or lead/supervisor assistance.
Report any production, and/or equipment issues to lead/supervisor or quality.
Must be willing to learn and operate/assemble all products in the dept.
Has the ability to read blueprints.
Has the ability to understand basic wiring diagrams and connection points called out on blueprints or models.
Safely move materials using forklift (If certified by Multilink) and/or pallet jack.
Cleans and maintains an orderly work area.
Communicate and Assist other individuals in area when needed and has been fully trained.
Education and Experience

S.
Diploma and/or manufacturing experience required.
Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills required.
Must be able to read and understand blueprints, tape measure, and other shop drawing aids and equipment.
Understanding and support of Company policies and procedures
Excellent attendance.
Ability to work with various types of assembly constraints with guidance.
Physical Requirements
Lift, carry, push and/or pull 1-50 lbs.

Squat/kneel, bend/stoop, twist/turn, grasp and reach overhead and outward frequently.
Sit, stand, and walk for 1-10 hours per day.
Close mental and visual attention required, coordinating manual dexterity with mental and visual attention for sustained periods of time.
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen.
Work Site Environment
Ability to work in a 55–85-degree Fahrenheit work environment.
Payrate: $15.
