Production engineers are responsible for improving production at the factory level.
They support production teams and engineering teams, report issues to the supervisor/manager, and develop strategies to improve efficiency.
This position is very hands-on and relied upon to make critical decisions based on knowledge and experience.
In this role, your Responsibilities Will Be: The Production Engineer will be encouraged to support the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe and efficient manner.
This position will be a liaison for manufacturing engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs, and labor required.
This position will work closely in assisting Job Setters and Supervisors in diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training.
Establish safety procedures and protocols that take the workers’ well-being into account and minimize the carbon footprint Keeping abreast of advancements in engineering and production and the ability to share knowledge with co-workers Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices Scheduling meetings with relevant departments and team members Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement Who You Are: You identify and seize new opportunities.

SHIFT: 2nd: 3 pm – 11 pm For this Role, You Will Need: 5+ years in machine setup and/or machining process CNC Programming Strong Machining Background.
